Welcome! I'm Debi Wilcox LMT

I am a graduate of Massage Therapy Training Institute (MTTI) in Las Cruces and have been practicing in the Ruidoso area for over ten years. I offer professional massage therapy using a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point,  sports massage, stretching, prenatal massage, and lymphatic support. Each session is customized to reduce pain, release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance.

I also provide spa treatments designed to rejuvenate the body and mind, including facials, body scrubs, and relaxation therapies. My approach combines professional training with a natural gift for hands-on healing, creating a restorative experience that leaves you feeling renewed, relaxed, and refreshed.
